All the Feels - a slow-moving class incorporating slow movements to warm up the muscles and joints, then moving into a Yin practice, holding poses from 2-5 minutes each. We encourage you to get cozy, turn off the lights and settle in to feel 'All The Feels'. This class is perfect to increase flexibility and mobility, for rest days, or for days you feel like turning on full chill mode.
In this class we focus on heart opening and opening the front line of the body, including chest, shoulders and stretching the core. If you’ve been crouched over your computer this is the class for you!
